KTF Soluciones S.A. is a Guatemalan company dedicated to consultancy, development and implementation of information technology’s (IT) applications, which contributes to the optimization of company’s internal processes, generating added value to its products or services.

This activity focuses on end user’s interviews or sessions, to gather all observations and specific requirements of the needs to cover.

All the final requirements must be integrated to an existing process, a set of processes or create new ones. This task requires analysis of how the parties are involved, to then, optimize them; this will allow a performance improvement of the service quality or product sale.

IT Architecture Design
The architecture design of an IT system requires the definition of the development platform, external interfaces, user interface, performance and data repository for analysis. The architecture design takes into account the business budget to adjust it to the specific reachable measurement, analyzing the specific item of investment making them prime and profitable.

The software development creates the visualization of all the requirements that need to be covered, optimizing the processes involved and following the specific development standard.
